Reducing the energy consumption for buildings is essential due to climate change, increase in energy prices, reducing and elimination of fossil fuels, independence from oil countries, improvement of the indoor climate, an increase in the demand for fossil fuels will lead to an increase in energy prices, an increase in fossil fuels will lead to an increase in Green House Gases and climate change. By adopting green building strategies, we can maximize both economic and environmental performance.
Experience has taught us that the best way to effect change is to look at each project as being part of something much larger, and not isolating its individual system. Our objective is to give clients the information they need to make the best decision and to develop options that would not have otherwise been considered. Our experience and dedication to green design is leading to increased responsibility, including brought WTC 2 Jakarta a prestigious office building to comply with Green Mark Singapore and assisting Kota Kasablanka office building to comply with Greenship Indonesia (under process as registered project).
